Job summary

RIGHT AT HOME in Alameda County is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team serving elderly clients in their homes, including Castro Valley. We offer shifts all hours, competitive pay $20-$22 per hour and weekly pay.

Benefits include mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, ongoing training, recognition programs like Caregiver of the Month, and employee referrals. Travel to client homes is required and you will primarily work in clients' residences.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Registered with the State of California as a Home Care Aide (HCA) is required.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Caregiving experience is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Caring for an ill, aging or disabled person.
• Light housework and cleaning.
• Meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Shopping and running errands, companionship.
• Assistance with personal care services such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Primarily work in the client's place of residence.
• Travel is required.
