Job summary
Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support in Fremont, Newark, Union City and Hayward. Compensation ranges from $19 to $20 per hour with flexible 4–10 hour day shifts and weekly pay.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months caregiving experience
- Active HCA License with valid PER ID with State of California
- Genuine compassion for older adults
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must pass background check and TB screening
- Reliable transportation is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
- Support mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal prep and light housekeeping
- Remind clients to take medications
- Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands
- Monitor and report changes in client conditions
- Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed
