Starting at $15-$17 per hour with opportunities for advancement, plus referral bonuses and quarterly incentives, we support your growth while helping clients maintain independence.

No experience is required; we provide training and ongoing support as you learn to deliver compassionate in-home care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver''s license or photo ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background check and all employment requirements.
• Smartphone with access to email/internet.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and social interaction.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and preparing meals.
• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Transporting clients as needed following individualized care plans.
