Job summary

Guardian Angels Senior Services is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide essential in-home support across Grafton, Upton, Northbridge, Uxbridge, Sutton, and Douglas in Massachusetts. You will help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while making a meaningful daily impact.

We offer flexible schedules, including full-time, part-time, and per-diem roles, with opportunities to work close to home and support from a dedicated care team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Previous caregiving, HHA, CNA, or personal-care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow a care plan.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with errands, shopping, and transportation as needed
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team
