Job summary

Senior Helpers - Greensburg is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to support clients in the Export area, with morning shifts starting at 9:00 AM on weekdays and a flexible schedule to fit your life. This role offers consistent hours and an opportunity to make a real difference.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, help with meal prep and light housekeeping, offer transportation to appointments, and monitor client well‑being.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of professional or personal caregiving experience required.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Negative results of a TB test or Quantiferon Gold TB blood test.
• Compassionate, patient and reliable with a passion for helping others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping and errands.
• Offer transportation and accompany clients to appointments or social events.
• Monitor clients' well-being and report concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
