Schedule includes morning, afternoon and evening shifts, with options on weekdays and weekends. Benefits include flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, daily pay, overtime, paid orientation and PTO, training, and 24/7 office support.

Qualifications

• At least 3–6 months of home care or caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Negative TB test result (2-Step TB or Quantiferon Gold).
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a passion for helping others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Offer transportation and accompany clients to appointments or social events.
• Monitor clients’ well-being and report concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
