Job summary

HomeWell Care Services in Charlotte seeks compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors with daily living activities and companionship. You will assist with personal care, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation, helping clients maintain independence at home.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of paid caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Flexible and adaptable to new situations.
• Must be reachable by phone or email for schedules and updates.
• Experience with dementia patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, feeding).
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, linens).
• Lay out clothes and assist with dressing.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Transport to and from appointments.
• Help family learn safe care techniques.
