Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in Lincoln, CA is seeking compassionate HCA caregivers to join our team. Competitive pay: $18-$20 per hour, with both full-time and part-time options. We support seniors at home with dignity and respect.

As an HCA, you’ll provide personal care, help with daily activities, monitor health, and document progress for supervisors. A valid HCA registration, recent TB test, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Home Care Aide (HCA) registered with the California Department of Social Services.
• TB test completed within the last 24 months.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, family members, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to senior clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Assist with light housekeeping such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote emotional well-being.
• Monitor and document client progress and report changes to supervisors as necessary.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility aids as needed.
• Offer companionship and create a positive, safe, caring environment for each client.
