Job summary

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate attitude is essential.

• Multitasking ability to manage multiple clients and tasks.
• Experience working with seniors in elderly care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make regularly scheduled visits to clients in their homes or in assisted living facilities.
• Assist with personal hygiene and ADL support as per client care plan.
• Support with ambulation, transferring, positioning, and range of motion.
• Provide reminders for self-administration of medications.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship through reading, conversation, and activities.
• Record client progress and report changes to the Community Services Coordinator.
• Provide bathing services as needed and maintain rapport with clients and families.
