Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our in-home care team. You will deliver compassionate, personalized care to clients in their own homes, supporting daily living activities and promoting comfort and independence.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, and medication reminders, while maintaining safety and dignity. Strong communication and reliability are essential, with a heart for helping others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in clients' homes.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Manage medication schedules and assist with administration.
• Engage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction.
• Report changes to care coordinator or supervisor.
