SYNERGY HomeCare in Boise is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team for both full-time and part-time roles. You will provide non-medical, one-on-one assistance in clients’ homes, delivering companionship, personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and mobility support.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately
• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers after training
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers using safe techniques
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with errands and transportation when included in the client’s care plan
• Follow individualized care plans and company safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with clients, family members, and the office team
• Arrive on time and provide dependable care for scheduled shifts
• Respond appropriately during emergencies and promptly contact the appropriate emergency services and office personnel
