Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Boise is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our growing team. We offer non-medical, one-on-one home care to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and light housework. We provide paid orientation, training, and flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers after training.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers using safe techniques.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Perform light household tasks and laundry.
• Assist with errands and transportation when included in the care plan.
• Follow individualized care plans and company safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with clients, family, and office team.
• Arrive on time and provide dependable care for scheduled shifts.
• Respond appropriately during emergencies and contact emergency services and office staff
