Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care in Cave Creek, Arizona seeks an in-home caregiver to provide compassionate personal care and companionship in clients’ homes across North Phoenix, Scottsdale, and surrounding communities. You’ll support daily living activities while preserving independence and dignity.

Ideal candidates have a Direct Care Worker Certification (DCW) or CNA, at least one year of experience, excellent English communication, and a clean background check.

Qualifications

• Direct Care Worker Certification (DCW) or CNA preferred.
• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving experience.
• Compassionate and respectful attitude toward the elderly and disabled.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as light housekeeping, grooming, transfers, and toileting.
• Support morning and evening routines while maintaining comfort and dignity.
• Offer transportation assistance to appointments or errands.
• Provide hospice support and engage in activities that enrich clients' lives.
