Qualifications

• Age 25 or older.
• 5+ years of acceptable driving record.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provides companion services such as meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, grocery shopping, companionship, transportation, light housekeeping, and other private duty services as assigned.
• Follows the plan of care to ensure patients receive consistent, competent, ethical care within legal standards and maintains privacy and support for the patient’s value system.
• Assists client in making medical appointments and ensures presence at all appointments; documents required information for RN/LPN guidance and promotes a safe environment.
