Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home support for recipients in Southeast Michigan, primarily in their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, encourage skill-building, and help clients engage with community resources, promoting independence and growth.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to Recipients.
• Assist with skill-building activities and daily living tasks.
• Help recipients participate in community activities.
• Support Southeast Michigan Community of Mental Health Recipients in assigned homes.
