Qualifications

• Ability to provide personal care and support with activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping and home management abilities.
• Meal planning and preparation, including feeding support when needed.
• Ability to offer companionship and emotional support.
• Accurate documentation of services and adherence to care plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to travel locally to Williamsport, PA area as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior caregiver or home health aide experience is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility as part of daily living.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, and medication reminders per care plans.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities.
• Observe and report any changes in client condition to supervisors and document services delivered.
• Maintain safety, hygiene and confidentiality in all tasks.
