Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation within service area.
• Ability to pass background check and required screenings.
• Preferred home care or healthcare experience.
• Preferred caregiving certifications.
• Experience using mobile documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support services as outlined in client care plans.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.
• Arrive on time for all scheduled visits and communicate changes promptly.
• Complete assigned visits as scheduled and document services accurately.
• Follow all company policies and document and report incidents or changes as required.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality; communicate respectfully with clients and families.
