Qualifications

• Must have Dementia/Alzheimer’s experience
• Must have experience with incontinence
• HHA/CNA/PCA preferred but not required with proper experience
• Background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen required

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Give medication and appointment reminders
• Provide transportation and shopping support
• Deliver Alzheimer’s and/or Dementia care with dignity and respect
