Visiting Angels of Edmond is hiring caregivers to serve our treasured clients throughout the local area including Stillwater, Edmond, Guthrie, Seward, Perkins, and many more. As an In Home Patient Care Assistant - PCA, you\'ll support clients with daily living, wellness, and personalized care plans in a friendly home setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver\'s license, car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Training in First Aid and emergency response (provided if needed).
• Excellent time-management; able to juggle multiple duties.
• Reliable transportation to client homes on schedule.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking duties while following dietary constraints.
• Willingness to comply with state and office health and safety standards (e.g., background check).
• Bring compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten each client\'s day.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light physical exercise or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide pleasant, supportive companionship.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Provide mobility and ambulation support at home and during appointments.
