Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and household tasks as per each client’s care plan.
• Maintain accurate records of care, diary and mileage sheets.
• Attend induction and in-service training programs.
• Report to Home Care Services Supervisor about any issues.
• Participate in reviews of clients’ care plans.
• Follow organisation policies and do not perform prohibited tasks.
