Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as ambulation, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility to support client independence.
• Provide meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and transportation as needed to maintain a safe home environment.
• Offer companionship, social interaction, emotional support, and engagement in cognitive activities to enhance quality of life.
• Provide respite care to family caregivers according to care plans and coordinate with the Branch Manager.
• Assist with medication reminders, mouth and skin care, and basic monitor of client conditions per care plan.
• Escort clients to medical appointments, errands, and social outings as specified in the care plan.
• Follow written care plans, report unsafe conditions, monitor supplies, and carry out duties assigned by the Branch Manager.
