Job summary

Centria Healthcare, based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs for in-home support. You will work one-on-one with clients in private homes, helping with daily tasks and care plans while maintaining safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or equivalent home-care experience preferred.
• Experience with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients desired.
• Reliable, patient, and able to follow a care plan.
• Comfortable working in private home settings and documenting care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls.
• Provide basic personal care (hygiene, toileting, dressing).
• Monitor oxygen therapy as needed.
• Prepare light snacks or drinks upon request.
• Offer companionship and emotional reassurance throughout the shift.
• Document changes in client condition promptly.
• Follow care plans and report emergencies according to procedures.
