Home Matters Caregiving is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our in-home care team serving the Greater Boston West area. You will help clients with daily tasks, meals, mobility, and medication reminders while providing companionship and emotional support.

We value flexible scheduling, paid time off, paid training, and a supportive, 24/7 office team. Roles available full-time and part-time, in-person work with local clients across the region.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of home care or PCA experience.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Pass a background check.
• Compassionate, high-quality care mindset.
• Driver's license may be required depending on client needs.

Aufgaben

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Meal preparation and nutrition support.
• Medication reminders and documentation.
• Support mobility and light exercise.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Dementia care support when needed.
• Light housekeeping and safety maintenance.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and family regarding progress.
