Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED required.
• Certification in Personal Care preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Escort clients to medical appointments and errands.
• Maintain records of daily activities and care provided.
• Follow care plans and report changes to Supervisor.
• Ensure client safety and monitor home environment.
