Job summary

Community Resource Network of Florida is seeking a caregiver for a 25-year-old female with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role is offered on an independent contractor basis, paying $16.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday to Thursday 10am–3pm with flexible Fridays, supporting daily activities and community outings.

Ideal candidates show patience, compassion, and reliability, and must meet background screening requirements along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have proven caregiving experience or relevant training.
• Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Candidate must be 18 years age or older.
• Position is on an independent contractor basis, not an employee.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Support community outings and social activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Ensure safety and maintain a clean living environment.
• Document daily progress notes.
