Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or laundry; healthcare setting a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate attitude toward elderly residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily.
• Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident laundry and facility linens.
• Handle soiled linens according to infection control procedures.
• Maintain laundry equipment and report malfunctions.
• Ensure supplies stocked (detergent, linens, cleaning products).
• Follow safety guidelines and proper use of chemicals.
• Interact respectfully with residents, preserving dignity and privacy.
