Job summary

SRIM in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a dedicated housekeeping member to assist with daily cleaning, laundry, and maintenance of a safe, sanitary environment for residents. Under supervision, you will promote the Golden Rule and provide compassionate support.

You will follow cleaning schedules, assist with resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, and communicate respectfully with residents, families, and staff while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Follows established cleaning schedule.
• Completes daily dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of all common areas.
• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms.
• Cleans carpets and mops all floors upon request.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for all residents.
• Responds promptly and courteously to resident, family, and visitor requests for assistance.
• Knows, understands, and follows HIPAA regulations.
• Presents a positive and respectful attitude in work issues, policies and procedures.
