Job summary

SRIM is seeking a dedicated housekeeping and laundry aide for Magnolia Bridge at Murrells Inlet, SC 29576. You will help maintain a clean, sanitary community and assist with daily living tasks under supervision, promoting a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities include cleaning schedules, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and assisting nursing staff while following policies. HIPAA compliance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• The physical demands described include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follows established cleaning schedule; dusts, vacuums, sweeps and mops common areas daily.
• Cleans and deep cleans resident rooms and administrative offices as scheduled.
• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms; cleans carpets and mops floors as requested.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment; responds to resident, family, and visitor requests with empathy and respect.
• Wears appropriate dress; adheres to HIPAA regulations and safety policies.
• Works as a team with associates and management; participates in trainings and meetings.
