Job summary

Storybrook Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. This role helps ensure comfort and daily operations while supporting our mission of compassionate senior care.

The position offers a part-time schedule 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with pay rates of $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Join a team that values hard work, reliability, and respectful, team-oriented care.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year in a commercial setting with knowledge of laundry/housekeeping procedures.
• Experience with general housekeeping and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping/cleaning duties to maintain a sanitary, safe, and orderly facility.
• Follow supervisor assignments and cleaning schedules for various areas including restrooms, hallways, offices, and common spaces.
• Inspect and replace light bulbs, clean vents and windows, and ensure grounds are clear of debris.
• Clean, dust, disinfect fixtures, floors, walls, and surfaces; rearrange furniture as needed.
