Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, environmental services, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and genuine commitment to serving elders.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to follow established safety, sanitation, and infection prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain elder rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and designated workspaces.
• Follow established cleaning, disinfecting, and infection prevention procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and ensure cleaning supplies are properly stocked and stored.
• Identify and promptly report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or equipment issues.
• Assist with laundry services and linen distribution as needed.
• Respect elders' privacy, personal belongings, and individual preferences while performing housekeeping duties.
• Respond to requests and concerns with kindness, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Collaborate with nursing and other departments to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
