Care Initiatives is hiring a Housekeeping Aide at Chariton Specialty Care, a 60-bed long-term care community in Chariton, IA. You will perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks to support cleanliness, safety, and infection control for residents and staff.

• Carry out daily housekeeping and laundry duties following established task lists and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• Complete assigned cleaning schedules and service areas with attention to detail and sanitation.
• Engage respectfully and professionally with residents and guests, contributing to a positive facility atmosphere.
