Responsibilities include disposing waste, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining supply areas. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced facility with resident-focused care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work independently and make independent decisions.
• Ability to maintain the appearance of maintenance work areas and effectively use supplies.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathrooms, and trash.
• Assist with cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and corridors.
• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furniture.
• Report hazardous conditions or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Participate in infection control and universal precautions practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues.
