Lionstone Healthcare is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to support daily facility cleanliness and resident comfort. You will perform a range of housekeeping tasks, maintain rooms and common areas, and ensure a sanitary environment while following infection control practices.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attentive service, and a professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting. High school diploma or equivalent and strong English communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and trash removal.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining resident rooms, common areas, and corridors.
• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furniture to maintain a clean environment.
• Empty ashtrays daily and clean walls, ceilings, and floors as needed.
• Report hazardous conditions or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Participate in infection control and universal precautions practices.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance work areas and minimize waste.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
• Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
