Job summary

Oak View Home is seeking a dedicated full-time housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces across our centers. You will perform routine cleaning tasks in patient rooms and common areas, following center procedures and infection control standards.

Responsibilities include floor care, dusting, trash removal, and processing cleaning duties with respect for patient privacy and dignity. Prior experience and familiarity with safety rules are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, damp mop, and wet mop tile floors following center procedures.
• Report to supervisor any carpeted areas needing cleaning or spot removal.
• Vacuum carpeted rooms and dust/damp clean surfaces in patient rooms.
• Empty trash cans and maintain bathroom cleanliness.
• Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, and windows; tidy furnishings.
• Follow infection control standards and use isolation techniques as needed.
