Distinctive Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for our Gardens of Carleton community. The role covers cleaning of apartments and common areas, laundry services, carpet care, and regulatory compliance, reporting to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Visiting assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning (bathrooms, floors, dusting, linen changes).
• Change bedding weekly and manage linen inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and entryways.
• Clean floors, carpets, windows, and ensure safety signs are used appropriately.
• Assist with resident emergencies and participate in training sessions.
