Oakmont of Burlingame, a premier senior living community, is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain resident apartments, public areas, and laundry in a friendly environment. This full-time role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and courteous service to residents and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning fixtures, assisting with laundry, and upholding health and safety standards. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; applicants must be 18+, and pass background and health screenings.

Qualifikationen

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.

Aufgaben

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
