Job summary

Northridge Village is a boutique-style senior living community in Ames offering independent living, assisted living, short-term rehab and long-term care. We seek a dedicated Housekeeper for full-time days (6am–2:30pm) to maintain sanitary, infection-free environments and support resident well-being.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident apartments and common areas, assisting with laundry, and following safety and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and living areas per schedule.
• Clean and sanitize common areas: halls, dining rooms, activity spaces, lounges, offices, restrooms.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop and disinfect assigned areas; empty trash and replace liners.
• Assist with laundry duties and properly dispose of biohazardous waste.
• Follow infection prevention procedures and PPE usage; report maintenance hazards.
