Evolve Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas in the Minnesota Shoreview community. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to standards, and professional image while supporting residents and staff throughout daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must have strong understanding of English, able to speak, read and write.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• General knowledge of housekeeping practices.
• Ability to use all required cleaning equipment and tools.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and also independently.
• Reads, writes and follows oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains assigned areas including public areas and resident rooms.
• Cleans restrooms, counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures.
• Vacuums carpeted areas and mops tile floors.
• Dusts furniture and empties trashcans.
• Cleans baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC vents.
• Assists with activity room setups and moves furniture as needed.
• Performs other duties consistent with the position.
