Oakmont Senior Living in California is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Janitor to clean resident apartments, public areas, and perform laundry for residents and community.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Criminal background check and health screening required.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public and common areas and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
