McPherson Health and Rehab in McPherson, KS is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeping Staff to join our caring team. You will clean resident rooms, restrooms, hallways and common areas with attention to detail and a focus on safety.

This role offers an hourly wage of $14.00 and opportunities to contribute to a welcoming environment for residents and their families. The position is part-time, with a weekend-friendly schedule, and comprehensive benefits are available for full-time employees.

Competenze

• Must have ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.

Mansioni

• Clean resident rooms, restrooms, hallways and common areas.
• Ensure quality and deep cleaning for residents' rooms after discharge and prepare rooms for new admissions.
• Collect soiled laundry, wash and dry laundry per instruction.
• Separate, fold and/or hang garments and deliver to respective areas.
• Enhance safety and sanitary conditions and comply with laws and company policies.
• Provide warm, friendly service to residents and families.
