Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, interact positively with residents and staff, and follow infection control practices.

This role offers onboarding support, hands-on training, and a benefits package including telemedicine and discount programs for employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must follow infection control and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
