Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping, sanitation, and resident interaction with a strong emphasis on service quality.

The role requires a positive attitude, basic communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training and ongoing support are provided to ensure a safe, clean environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with staff and residents.
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Keep records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
