Pilgrim Place In Claremont is seeking a dependable Housekeeper/Laundry Floater to support residents in a welcoming senior living community. You will clean homes, rooms, kitchens, and common areas, and assist with laundry and other duties to maintain comfort and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Basic housekeeping and cleaning experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Ability to work one-on-one with seniors using patience and compassion.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong confidentiality, sound judgment, and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains resident homes, rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dusts, polishes furniture, vacuums carpets, and cleans windows and floors.
• Performs deep cleaning tasks such as shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing floors.
• Assists with guest rooms, moving furniture/equipment, and housekeeping or laundry support.
• Follows safety practices, attends meetings, and completes other assigned duties.
