Phoenix of Fairlawn is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents. You will work with the Director of Environmental Services to meet federal, state, and local standards while supporting the care team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Follow written and oral instructions and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Make independent decisions while following established procedures.
• Interact tactfully with residents, families, visitors and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of housekeeping areas and supplies.
• Inspect resident rooms for sanitation, safety and order.
• Assist in emergencies and evacuations if needed.
• Read and follow safety guidelines for chemicals and disinfectants.
• Complete all required documentation and participate in in-services.
