Charter Senior Living is seeking a dedicated housekeeper for our Dedham, MA community. The role involves delivering housekeeping services to residents, coordinating with team members, and supporting activities that enhance each resident’s identity and interests.

You will be responsible for cleaning all residences and common areas on a scheduled basis, maintaining a safe, neat, and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. Flexible schedules and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or senior care environments preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver housekeeping services to residents in the community.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other team members to maintain holistic care for each resident.
• Assist in activities that maximize residents’ identity, abilities and interests.
• Clean all residences and common areas on a scheduled basis.
• Keep all areas clean, neat, attractive and safe for residents and staff.
