RM Management is hiring a Housekeeper to perform custodial and housekeeping tasks, ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary facility. The role supports high-quality care and appearance across common areas and living spaces.

You will follow checklists and assist staff to maintain a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. The position requires a High school diploma, physical ability for manual work, and experience in custodial cleaning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Ability to understand and relate well to senior adults.
• One year of custodial/cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry objects weighing up to ~30 lbs and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Empty and sanitize trash in common areas.
• Move, dust, and arrange furniture and fixtures.
• Clean entryways, doors, glass, and fixtures; vacuum and mop floors.
• Clean 12–14 apartments per day and follow weekly/monthly checklists.
• Assist office staff with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
