The Stratford seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and ensure a clean, comfortable environment for residents. You will perform general cleaning, laundry, waste disposal, inventory of supplies, and follow safety protocols while engaging with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols is expected.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Laundry Services: assist with washing, folding, and distributing laundry for residents and staff as needed.
• Waste Management: dispose of trash and recycling materials properly, ensuring areas are clean and organized.
• Inventory Management: assist with maintaining and restocking cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management of shortages or issues.
• Safety & Sanitation: follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, hygienic environment for residents and staff.
• Team Collaboration: work closely with other staff to ensure the facility is well-maintained and residents are comfortable.
• Resident Engagement: engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
