Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: general cleaning of common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Laundry Services: wash, fold, and distribute laundry for residents and staff as needed.
• Waste Management: dispose of trash and recycling properly; keep waste areas clean.
• Inventory Management: restock cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages or issues.
• Safety & Sanitation: follow safety protocols to ensure hygienic environment.
• Team Collaboration: work with staff to keep the facility well-maintained and residents comfortable.
• Resident Engagement: engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner.
