Meadows/Rehab at Shannondell is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure daily cleanliness of common areas, residences and facilities in accordance with safety guidelines. You will support routines that maintain high standards of resident care under supervision of the Housekeeping Captain, Lead or Manager.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and infection control, and ability to work with aging populations in a geriatric community.

Qualifications

• Education/experience expectations: less than high school or 6–12 months related experience or training.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and procedures.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and universal precautions.

Responsabilités

• General cleaning of common areas, hallways, residential units, rest rooms, dining rooms, offices and furniture.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, carts and storage facilities.
• Report problems to Housekeeping Captain/Lead/Manager and attend in-services/meetings.
• Assist in emergencies and evacuations as needed.
