Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper in Keizer, Oregon, to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility.

You will clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas while adhering to infection control and safety guidelines. You will interact with residents and staff, participate in hands-on training, and have access to career development opportunities and employer-provided benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks and work around cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
